Stephen Melachrinos, W3HF is the first to qualify
for the TARA-DDXCC which is a Pinnacle
Series certificate. He did it mostly in QRP. All in PSK and although it
is the TARA worked 100 countries award, to achieve this crème de la
crème award Steve had to work and confirm 310
different Grids in these 100 countries. Steve is obviously one of
the best of the best.

And again. This guy is
incredible! Confirmed proof of TARA DWAS. This is the TARA WAS States. Steve
had to work and confirm a grueling 217 grids in the 50 States to achieve
this award. Congratulations Steve.
How does this guy Steve do it? Routing out 20 Marine contacts where the Grid
is all water no land. This is truly remarkable. Congratulations Steve on
being awarded the First issued, Serial #1 NEPTUNE Award. Well deserved. |
